SBM, onderdeel van de Groep Syntra West, is een toonaangevende opleidingsverstrekker voor bedrijven en professionals. Met een uitgebreid aanbod en sterke reputatie in de industriële sector staan we garant voor kwaliteitsvolle en innovatieve opleidingen. Voor de verdere groei in regio Sint-Niklaas/Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega.

Je functie:

Doordat je de trends binnen jouw vakgebied continu opvolgt, ben je de geschikte persoon voor het ontwikkelen van opleidingstrajecten voor technici en aspirant technici binnen de regio Sint-Niklaas/Antwerpen. Je ontwikkelt op maat gemaakte opleidingen voor bedrijven en hebt hierbij aandacht voor innovatieve leervormen. Vanuit jouw vakgebied industriële techniek word je betrokken bij Vlaamse en Europese projecten. Je bouwt een netwerk op van onderhoudsmanagers waarvoor je jaarlijks de club organiseert.

Wie ben je?

  • Je hebt de juiste drive en veel goesting om les te geven aan volwassenen.
  • Je bent een echte relatiebouwer, met sterk ontwikkelde interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met industriële techniek.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s en werkt graag samen in team.
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands, met goede beheersing van het Frans; Engels is een pluspunt.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Enkele jaren bedrijfservaring.

Je kan je identificeren met onze bedrijfswaarden: samenwerken, ondernemingszin, resultaatgerichtheid, innovatie/creativiteit en klantgerichtheid.
