Kadir Dev Trainer-adviseur en ondernemer bij Evolving Matters Over Evolving matters Evolving Matters traint, adviseert en begeleidt management, ondernemingsraden, HR en de medewerkers van profit-organisaties over zaken rondom medezeggenschap. De opgedane kennis en aangeleerde vaardigheden helpen de diverse stakeholders om de uitdagingen samen en blijvend op te lossen.Opdrachtgevers zijn veelal gevestigd in de randstad en opereren in branches als ICT, Consultancy en chemie. Evolving Matters onderscheidt zich door de focus op " alle stakeholders te betrekken in de oplossing", een hoog kennisniveau, het doel om altijd kwaliteit te leveren en een gezonde cultuur van commerciële gretigheid.Het succes en de kansen die er liggen vraagt om uitbreiding. De ambities zijn groot. Wat ga je doen? Je gaat nauw samenwerken met Kadir, eigenaar en oprichter. In die samenwerking pak je je eigen rol en initiatief. Je werkweken vullen zich vanzelf omdat je de kansen creëert, kansen ziet en deze ook weet te benutten. Zaken als acquisitie en het ontwerpen en geven van trainingen wisselen zich af. Sales is echt een belangrijke component van deze rol maar je bent ook een enthousiast trainer en adviseur in medezeggenschap.
