Dit doen we binnen de domeinen communicatie, management, sales en effectiviteit. Om de vraag en alle relaties te kunnen blijven ondersteunen is er een vacature (in loondienst) beschikbaar. Ben jij een ervaren trainer, heb je een flinke dosis energie en vind je het leuk om Nederland nét wat beter te maken, dan is deze functie wellicht wat voor jou. WAT GA JE DOEN? Je start met een uitgebreide inwerkperiode waarin we je opleiden voor de programma's van FocusXL . Als trainer verzorg je training- en coachtrajecten voor bedrijven in verschillende branches. Dat kunnen gemeentes, provincies, de overheid alsook de financiële sector, zakelijke dienstverlening en detailhandel zijn. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de adviseur of accountmanager. Samen bespreek je de details van het traject en bepaal je de inhoud op basis van de scan die vooraf wordt afgenomen. Vervolgens verzorg je de training en heb je samen met je collega resultaatgesprekken met de klant. Je hebt hierbij een hoge verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid voor het slagen van het traject. WAT WIJ VRAGEN We zoeken iemand die op basis van enthousiasme en een energieke houding uiteenlopende groepen motiveert tijdens de training. Daarnaast signaleer jij proactief trainingsbehoeftes en weet dit om te zetten in een helder en praktisch trainingsprogramma.
