Wir suchen eine*n 4 Trainer*in für Berufsorientierung (m/w/x) Standort Fohnsdorf oder Liezen, Vollzeit

IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Sie unterstützen Jugendliche mit erhöhtem Orientierungs- und Unterstützungsbedarf dabei, ihre Stärken zu erkennen und berufliche Perspektiven in Richtung Lehre zu entwickeln

* Sie unterstützen die Teilnehmer*innen bei der Lehrstellen- und Praktikumssuche

* Sie unterstützen Teilnehmer*innen und Betriebe bei Fragen und Herausforderung während der Praktika

* Sie begleiten Praktika und führen Feedbackgespräche mit Teilnehmer*innen und Betrieben

* Sie arbeiten mit AMS, Erziehungsberechtigten, Betrieben und Beratungsstellen zusammen

* Sie dokumentieren Vereinbarungen, Bewerbungsaktivitäten und Maßnahmenverläufe nachvollziehbar

* Sie führen Gruppentrainings und Einzelcoachings durch

IHRE STÄRKEN:

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene sozialpädagogische Ausbildung bzw. Erfahrung in sozialpädagogischer Arbeit

* Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen mit erhöhtem Orientierungs- und Unterstützungsbedarf mit

* Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Berufsorientierung

* Sie begegnen Menschen wertschätzend und auf Augenhöhe

* Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Lern- und Bewerbungstools sowie in der Online-Recherche

* Sie arbeiten strukturiert, individuell und verbindlich und behalten individuelle Ziele ebenso wie organisatorische Anforderungen im Blick

Das monatliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis laut BABE - KV € 3.285,06 brutto je nach

Qualifikation und Vordienstzeiten besteht die Möglichkeit zur Überzahlung. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stellen als Trainer*in für Berufsorientierung (m/w/x) beträgt 3.285,06 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
