Für unseren Standort in Schärding suchen wir 1 Trainer*in für Jugendprojekt Kurze Fakten für dich:

Arbeitsort: 4780 Schärding

KV-Bruttogehalt: EUR 3.128,82 bis 3.453,01 (Vollzeitbasis)

Wochenstunden: etwa 32 Stunden

Deine Philosophie:

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Du begleitest deine Teilnehmer*innen am Weg zum Lehrabschluss

* Du unterstützt individuelle Lernprozesse und kooperierst mit den Berufsschulen/Praktikumsbetrieben

* Du vereinbarst Lernziele mit deinen Teilnehmer*innen und arbeitest kompetenzorientiert

* Du bist vertraut mit Berufsorientierung, Bewerbungsarbeit, Persönlichkeitstrainig oder auch Gender-Themen

* Du bist gut strukturiert, belastbar und zeigst Eigeninitiative

Du hast:

* eine abgeschlossene (Berufs-)Ausbildung

* mindestens 1000 Stunden Erfahrung im Training

* mindestens 200 Stunden pädagogische Ausbildungen

* große Freude am Austausch mit Jugendlichen und arbeitest gerne mit ihnen

* idealerweise den ICDL base (oder die Bereitschaft diesen abzulegen)

* Interesse an internen Weiterbildungen

* bist ein kreativer und agiler Mensch voller Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
