Deine Aufgaben

* Training und Begleitung von Jugendlichen

* Vermittlung allgemeiner Arbeitstugenden (auch mit Vorbildfunktion)

* Sichtbarmachen und Stärken der individuellen Kompetenzen der Jugendlichen

* Ressourcenorientiertes und selbstwertförderndes Arbeiten mit den Jugendlichen

* Transparente Lernfortschrittdokumentation

Dein Profil

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Pflege

* Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen im Sozial-, Behindertenbereich oder arbeitsmarktpolitischen Kontext

* Trainer_innen Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Hohe Gender und Diversity Kompetenz

* Verständnis und Geduld für Jugendliche & Fähigkeit diese zu motivieren

* Engagement, Flexibilität und hohe Eigenverantwortung

* Andere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil

* einwandfreier Leumund (Strafregisterbescheinigung Kinder- und Jugendfürsorge)

Für diese Position gilt ein Mindestgrundgehalt für 38 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit) von 3.128,82 € (KV BABE, VB 4a). Je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten ist die Einstufung in eine höhere Stufe vorgesehen.
