Ihre Aufgaben:

* individuelle Beratung, Training und Coaching von arbeitssuchenden Jugendlichen

* Planung und Durchführung von abwechslungsreichen Gruppentrainings

* Unterstützung bei der beruflichen Orientierung und Perspektivenplanung

* Begleitung bei der Jobsuche sowie Vermittlungs- und Motivationsarbeit

* Dokumentation der Betreuungsschritte und Erstellung von Berichten

* aktive Förderung von beruflichen Kompetenzen, Selbstvertrauen und Eigeninitiative

Das bringen Sie mit:

* abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, Matura (AHS/BHS) oder ein einschlägiges Studium

* pädagogische Ausbildung im Ausmaß von mindestens 200 Stunden

* nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Jugend- und/oder Erwachsenenbildung (mindestens 250 Kalendertage; bei fehlendem Nachweis bzw. Praxiserfahrung ist eventuell kurzfristig eine Ausbildung über das Aqua-Modell möglich)

* Zertifikat "Kompetenzorientiertes Lehren und Lernen"

* absolvierte Gender- und Diversity-Schulung

* hohe soziale Kompetenz und ausgeprägte Empathie

* strukturierte, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen

* Motivation und Ausdauer, junge Menschen nachhaltig zu begleiten und zu fördern

Für diese Position gilt ein monatliches Mindestgehalt auf Basis Vollzeit (38 Wochenstunden) von

€ 3.285,06 brutto (Kollektivvertrag BABE 4a/2). Die Anrechnung weiterer einschlägiger Vordienstzeiten erfolgt entsprechend den kollektivvertraglichen Bestimmungen. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Trainer_in im AMS-Kontext (m/w/d) beträgt 3.285,06 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
