Bij een technische kennis- en opleidingsdienstverlener in Gorinchem help je engineers hun vakkennis in industriële automatisering te verdiepen. Je vertaalt je praktijkervaring met PLC- en HMI-systemen naar trainingen voor junior tot senior engineers. Daarbij behandel je onder meer besturingssoftware en de ISA-88-standaarden. Je geeft niet alleen uitleg, maar helpt deelnemers technische vraagstukken te analyseren en zelf tot bruikbare oplossingen te komen. Met aandacht voor de persoon maak je het makkelijker om vragen te stellen en nieuwe technieken uit te proberen. In de dagelijkse praktijk bereid je trainingen voor, begeleid je engineers en verzorg je masterclasses en Summer Schools. Je werkt samen met trainers en jobcoaches aan persoonlijke leertrajecten, waarin ook communicatie en timemanagement aandacht krijgen. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met onderwijsinstellingen en bedrijven. Je blijft je eigen technische kennis ontwikkelen via systeemtrainingen en opleidingen, zodat je actuele inzichten kunt vertalen naar begrijpelijke uitleg en praktijkgerichte oefeningen. Functie-inhoud - Train engineers op verschillende ervaringsniveaus in PLC-systemen, HMI-systemen en ISA-88. - Bereid technische trainingen, masterclasses en Summer Schools voor en geef deze. - Beantwoord technische vragen en help deelnemers bij het analyseren van besturingsproblemen. - Begeleid engineers persoonlijk en stem hun leertraject af met trainers en jobcoaches. - Onderhoud contact met onderwijsinstellingen en bedrijven over trainingen en kennisontwikkeling. - Werk trainingsmateriaal en technische documentatie bij op basis van actuele ontwikkelingen.
