- Trainer (Juridische Dienstverlening) Legal Binnenplaats Utrecht , Nederland Vandaag Tot 20-11-2026 Pas mijn cv aan voor deze vacature Functieomschrijving Dit wordt jouw werk Als Trainer bij de Slachtofferhulp Academie ontwikkel en verzorg je leerinterventies en leertrajecten op het gebied van slachtofferbehoeften en -rechten. Je draagt daarmee direct bij aan de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening van Slachtofferhulp Nederland en aan een organisatie waarin leren en ontwikkelen vanzelfsprekend zijn. Je ontwikkelt leerinterventies die aansluiten bij de behoeften van medewerkers en de praktijk waarin zij werken. Je vertaalt inhoudelijke kennis naar aansprekende en effectieve leeractiviteiten, waarbij je verschillende werkvormen en interventies inzet. Daarbij heb je oog voor leerpsychologie, communicatie, groepsdynamiek en gedrag. Vervolgens verzorg je trainingen voor medewerkers van Slachtofferhulp Nederland. Je staat met zelfvertrouwen voor groepen, creëert een veilig en stimulerend leerklimaat en weet deelnemers actief te betrekken. Je maakt complexe juridische onderwerpen begrijpelijk en zorgt ervoor dat deelnemers de opgedane kennis kunnen vertalen naar hun dagelijkse praktijk. Je evalueert leerinterventies en gebruikt feedback en ervaringen uit de praktijk om trainingen voortdurend te verbeteren. Daarnaast draag je bij aan een duurzaam en stimulerend leerklimaat binnen Slachtofferhulp Nederland en aan het verspreiden van kennis over slachtofferbehoeften en -rechten. Je werkt vanuit Utrecht en bent bereid om trainingen op verschillende locaties in het land te verzorgen. Als Trainer bij de Slachtofferhulp Academie werk jij aan professionals die het verschil maken voor slachtoffers. Door jouw trainingen vergroot je kennis, versterk je vaardigheden en draag je bij aan de kwaliteit van de ondersteuning die slachtoffers ontvangen.
