Van Moer Logistics is een groeiende logistieke dienstverlener, actief in transport en distributie, opslag, binnenvaart- en luchtvrachtactiviteiten en tankcontainerlogistiek. Ons doel is om de logistieke processen van onze klanten naadloos te ondersteunen en te optimaliseren.

Gelet op de vele uitdagingen en groeiplannen zijn we op zoek naar trainer logistieke arbeidsmiddelen om ons HR-team te versterken. In deze rol ondersteun je de groei van onze medewerkers door het organiseren en geven van verschillende opleidingen voor het gebruik van logistieke arbeidsmiddelen. Je maakt deel uit van onze Van Moer Academy die Qfor-gecertifieerd is.

  • Ontwikkelen van opleidingen/leerinterventies: Als trainer sta je mee in voor het ontwikkelen van opleidingen en leerinterventies met betrekking tot logistieke arbeidsmiddelen binnen Van Moer Logistics. Ook het updaten van de opleidingen, behoort tot je takenpakket. Momenteel worden volgende opleidingen voorzien: elektrische transpallet, heftruck (van verschillende grootte en met verscheidene voorzetstukken), schaarlift, knikarm, telescopische hoogwerker, rolbrug, terminaltrekker, reachtruck, reachstacker. We wensen ons aanbod verder uit te bouwen.
  • Geven van opleidingen: Je bent zowel verantwoordelijk voor het theoretische als het praktische luik van de opleiding waarbij een sterke focus op het veilig gebruik van het toestel ligt.
  • Plannen en organiseren: In samenwerking met jouw collega stel je een efficiënte planning op zodat de medewerkers tijdig hun certificaten behalen. Deze opleiding wordt op de werkplek van de medewerker gegeven. De sites van Van Moer Logistics zijn over heel België verspreid.
  • Administratieve registratie: Als trainer verzorg je ook de achterliggende administratieve taken zoals registratie van de opleidingssessie, het behaalde certificaat, evaluatie van de opleiding… Daarnaast kan dit uitbreiden naar het opmaken van controlekaarten van toestellen, opvolging vervaldata certificaten, …
  • Opvolging wetgeving rond veiligheid: Veiligheid staat centraal binnen Van Moer Logistics. Je hebt de nodige kennis en volg je de wijzigingen in wetgeving op. Je past de opleidingen aan waar nodig.

Als trainer logistieke arbeidsmiddelen werk je vlot samen met verschillende partijen. Je bent communicatief (zowel face to face als telefonisch en via mail), een teamplayer en positief ingesteld. Jouw enthousiasme en veiligheidsattitude zorgen ervoor dat medewerkers het toestel vlot onder de knie krijgen. Daarnaast werk je gestructureerd en planmatig, hoewel je je ook flexibel opstelt. Je zal ingezet worden voor het geven van opleidingen over heel Vlaanderen, maar met hoofdregio Grobbendonk, Beringen, Antwerpen en Brussel. Je spreekt dan ook vlot Nederlands, Engels en een aardig mondje Frans. Je kan een aardig handje weg met Powerpoint, Excel, Word en Forms.

Je beschikt over attesten van en hebt ervaring met verschillende logistieke arbeidsmiddelen. Attesten voor preventieadviseur niveau 3 en train-the-trainer zijn een pluspunt, maar deze opleidingen kunnen ook bij Van Moer Logistics gevolgd worden. Je hebt ervaring met het geven van feedback, operationeel begeleiden van collega’s en spreken voor een groep.
