Wereldwijd werken er 46.000 medewerkers op 126 vliegvelden en in Europa hebben we ook ambitieuze groeidoelstellingen. Sinds 2015 zijn we actief op Schiphol met bijna 1300 medewerkers. Door de snelle groei van dnata zijn we altijd op zoek naar nieuwe collega's die ons team willen versterken. Voor Passenger Services zijn we op zoek naar een Trainer Passenger Services. Dus als je klaar bent om onze nieuwe medewerkers te trainen en te begeleiden voor een goede start binnen een dynamische werkplek op Schiphol, reageer dan snel. Vereisten Wat ga je doen en leren? De dnata Training Academy is verantwoordelijk, binnen dnata, voor alle trainingen die onze (nieuwe) collega's moeten volgen om het werk veilig en volgens de geldende procedures te doen. Als Trainer Passenger Services stel je onze collega's van team Passenger Services (checkin, gate, bagage tracing & Flight Dispatch) in staat om door middel van leerprocessen kwalificaties te verwerven waarmee zij hun functies zodanig kunnen uitvoeren dat zij de organisatiedoelen helpen realiseren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede aansluiting en afstemming tussen het opleidingsgedeelte en de praktijk van de verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen met als doel het leveren van een kwalitatief hoogstaand product. Dit gericht op de ontwikkeling van kennis en vaardigheden van medewerkers, gebruik makend van verschillende methoden, technieken en instrumenten.
