We ondersteunen organisaties in de profit- en non-profitsector met advies, opleidingen, projecten en specialistische inzet, zodat zij grip houden op verzuim en risico's. Altijd inhoudelijk sterk en praktisch toepasbaar. Je behandelt onderwerpen die direct aansluiten op de dagelijkse praktijk , zoals het berekenen en betaalbaar stellen van uitkeringen, het verwerken van inkomsten en wijzigingen, het beheren van vorderingen en het toepassen van toeslagen en verlagingen. Je maakt complexe materie begrijpelijk en werkt daarbij met herkenbare voorbeelden en casuïstiek. Je bent tijdens de training een inhoudelijke vraagbaak voor deelnemers en denkt mee over de actualiteit en verdere ontwikkeling van de opleiding en het lesmateriaal.
