Wil jij jouw praktijkkennis inzetten om collega's binnen én buiten Isala verder te brengen in hun vak? Dan is deze functie als trainer Vakbekwaamheid binnen Isala Academie iets voor jou. Wat ga je doen? Als trainer Vakbekwaamheid geef je vakinhoudelijke opleidingen, trainingen en leergangen aan zorgprofessionals. Je combineert jouw vakinhoudelijke expertise met didactische vaardigheden en weet leren op een inspirerende manier vorm te geven. Je begeleidt deelnemers tijdens klassikale trainingen, scenariotrainingen, werkplekleren, coaching en toetsing op de werkplek. Daarnaast coördineer je leergangen en ben je inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor gastdocenten. Ook lever je een bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ons leeraanbod. Je verzorgt trainingen op uiteenlopende onderwerpen, waaronder: - voorbehouden handelingen; - IMPACT; - reanimatie en de vitaal bedreigde patiënt en - begeleiding van startende verpleegkundigen. Kortom, je bent breed inzetbaar binnen het opleidingsaanbod van de Isala Academie. Wij begrijpen dat je mogelijk graag verbonden wilt blijven met de zorgpraktijk. We zoeken iemand die de dagelijkse praktijk goed kent én zich primair wil verbinden aan Isala Academie. Tijdens de gesprekken verkennen we graag samen hoe een eventuele combinatie met werken in de praktijk eruit kan zien. Waar ga je werken? Isala Academie ondersteunt medewerkers, teams en afdelingen bij leren, ontwikkelen, opleiden en wetenschappelijke ontwikkeling.
