Trainer Warehouse Giessen, Noord-Brabant, Nederland Trainer Warehouse Van ervaring naar ontwikkeling: jij leert onze mensen hoe het moet. Binnen E. van Wijk beschikken we over een warehouse van ruim 14.000 m², waar we opslag verzorgen voor onze klanten en dagelijks een uitgebreid crossdockproces uitvoeren. Voor ons warehouse zijn wij op zoek naar een Trainer Warehouse: een logistieke professional die energie krijgt van het coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van collega's en leerlingen. In deze nieuwe functie combineer je jouw kennis van de logistieke praktijk met jouw talent voor het overbrengen van kennis. Je verzorgt zowel theorie- als praktijktrainingen en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers hun werkzaamheden veilig, zelfstandig en efficiënt kunnen uitvoeren. Dit is een nieuwe rol binnen E. van Wijk. Dat betekent dat er volop ruimte is om samen invulling te geven aan de functie, de trainingen en jouw verantwoordelijkheden. Jouw ideeën en ervaring zijn dan ook van harte welkom. Wat zijn jouw werkzaamheden als Trainer Warehouse: - Verzorgen van theorie- en praktijktrainingen binnen het warehouse; - Begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers tijdens hun inwerktraject; - Verzorgen van trainingen op het gebied van veiligheid, ADR, heftruck, reachtruck en operationele procedures; - Coachen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers en leerlingen tijdens hun leerproces; - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen en veranderingen binnen de operatie en deze vertalen naar trainingen; - Ontwikkelen, verbeteren en actueel houden van trainingsmateriaal en werkinstructies; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en effectiviteit van trainingen en opleidingen; - Beoordelen en volgen van de ontwikkeling van medewerkers; - Zorgen voor een optimale aansluiting tussen training en de dagelijkse praktijk; - Samenwerken met leidinggevenden, HR en de operatie om medewerkers verder te ontwikkelen.
