- Meer dan 45 jaar ervaring - 150+ opleidingen - Actief in heel Nederland RL&D Trainingsspecialist Als trainingsspecialist bij artra sta je midden in de praktijk van de flexbranche. Je ontwikkelt trainingen en workshops op het gebied van wet- en regelgeving en vaardigheden binnen de flexbranche. Om de vertaalslag vanuit de praktijk naar de doelgroep te maken, sta je zelf zo af en toe ook voor de groep te trainen. Je pakt eigenaarschap over (een deel van) ons trainingsaanbod. Je ontwikkelt, verbetert en houdt trainingen en materialen up-to-date. Daarbij denk je actief mee over hoe het nóg beter kan en sluit je aan op wat klanten nodig hebben. Dit ga je doen: - Het verbeteren, verdiepen en ontwikkelen van (online) trainingen en productgroepen; - Het actueel houden van lesmaterialen, e-learnings en de vragenbank; - Het verbeteren van bestaand aanbod en meebewegen met marktontwikkelingen; - Beantwoorden van inhoudelijke vragen van deelnemers, klanten en trainers; - Het volgen van ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en deze vertalen naar de praktijk; - Het geven van trainingen en workshops; - Het informeren van (externe) trainers over relevante updates en veranderingen; - Bijdragen aan overleggen en projecten; - Het begeleiden van deelnemers, ook na een training; - Het onderhouden van contact met branchepartijen en kennisnetwerken; - Het delen van kennis en inzichten, bijvoorbeeld via social media.
