Als Training & Application Specialist word je een sleutelfiguur binnen dit verhaal waar innovatie, productkennis en opleiding samenkomen.

FUNCTIEBESCHRIJVING

Als Training & Application Specialist ben jij het aanspreekpunt achter verschillende toepassingen van hun producten.

Je besteedt ongeveer 60% van je tijd aan opleiding en kennisdeling

  • Je ontwikkelt technische opleidingen voor collega's, klanten en partners.
  • Je geeft praktijkgerichte trainingen, zowel klassikaal als digitaal.
  • Je vertaalt complexe technische materie naar heldere, bruikbare kennis.
  • Je ontwikkelt demo's en praktijkproeven die de kwaliteit en performantie van hun oplossingen zichtbaar maken.
  • Je helpt mee te bouwen aan hun digitale leeromgeving en hun Centre of Competence.

Daarnaast besteed je ongeveer 40% van je tijd aan onderzoek, testing en technische ondersteuning

  • Je test en evalueert innovatieve producten en toepassingen.
  • Je bezoekt klanten en werven om praktijkervaring op te bouwen.
  • Je onderzoekt technische vraagstukken en formuleert concrete oplossingen.
  • Je vertaalt inzichten uit de praktijk naar richtlijnen, opleidingen en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je werkt samen met R&D, marketing en sales om kennis uit het veld om te zetten in innovatie.

  • Je beschikt over technische affiniteit.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en leert graag door zelf te testen en te experimenteren.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een praktische, hands-on ingesteldheid.
  • Ervaring met opleiding, training of kennisdeling is een belangrijke troef.
