Voor een internationale en mensgerichte organisatie in regio Ieper is Robert Half op zoek naar een Training & Development Specialist (m/v/x). Functieomschrijving

Als Training & Development Specialist (m/v/x) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opleiden, begeleiden en verder ontwikkelen van medewerkers binnen service-, sales- en supportgerichte teams. Je maakt deel uit van operations support en werkt dus niet vanuit een klassieke HR-rol, maar vanuit een sterk operationele en businessgerichte context. In deze functie detecteer je opleidingsnoden, werk je passende leeroplossingen uit en geef je zelf trainingen aan collega's. Daarbij ligt de focus onder meer op technische producttrainingen, service- en salesgerichte opleidingen, klantgericht communiceren, omgaan met weerstand, het gebruik van CRM-systemen en interne tools, en het ontwikkelen van e-learnings en trainingscontent. Je bewaakt mee de kwaliteit van opleidingen en zorgt ervoor dat kennis ook effectief wordt toegepast in de praktijk. Je werkt nauw samen met internationale collega's, vooral in Nederland, en verplaatst je af en toe naar daar. Het gaat om een zelfstandige rol waarin je initiatief kan nemen, nieuwe trainingen kan opzetten en mee bouwt aan een leercultuur binnen de organisatie.

Profiel

Je hebt ervaring in het geven van trainingen, coaching of learning & development, en haalt energie uit het enthousiasmeren en in beweging brengen van mensen. Ervaring is belangrijker dan diploma, en je hoeft geen uitgesproken senior profiel te zijn, zolang je voldoende maturiteit en zelfstandigheid meebrengt om je rol autonoom op te nemen. Je voelt je goed in een omgeving waar verandering aanwezig is en weet daarin constructief mee te bewegen. Daarnaast beschik je over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, een proactieve ingesteldheid en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je hebt affiniteit met klantgericht werken en dienstverlening, en begrijpt hoe opleiding kan bijdragen aan een hoger serviceniveau. Omdat een groot deel van de samenwerking Nederlandstalig verloopt, is een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands noodzakelijk. Belangrijke troeven voor deze functie zijn stabiele ervaring, een hands-on mentaliteit en aantoonbare ervaring in het geven van opleidingen.
