Gaide - Sectors - / Careers - / AI Training & Enablement Specialist AI Training & Enablement Specialist Je leidt onze AI Training-praktijk en zorgt dat wat mensen leren ook blijft hangen, van de directiekamer tot de bouwkeet. Location Amsterdam + bij klanten Hours 24 hours/week AI Training / Educatie De meeste organisaties hebben iets met AI gedaan: een pilot, een demo, een rapport. En op maandag werkt iedereen weer zoals altijd. Daar nemen wij geen genoegen mee. Bij Gaide maken we waar wat een paar jaar geleden onmogelijk leek voor een computer. We bouwen mensgerichte AI: systemen van samenwerkende AI-agents die complexe processen van begin tot eind uitvoeren. Die systemen zijn ontworpen rond de mensen die ermee werken. Het gaat ons niet om de techniek, maar om wat het de klant oplevert: financieel, in kwaliteit of in veiligheid. We komen niet voor één oplossing. We bouwen op locatie bij de klant en brengen de oplossing live. Daarna blijven we partner voor de lange termijn, van de eerste toepassing naar de volgende. De rol Een losse AI-workshop geef je in een ochtend. Een hele organisatie, van de directie tot de bouwkeet, een half jaar later echt anders laten werken; dát is het echte werk. Trainen is een groot deel van wat we doen: we hebben inmiddels meer dan 2.500 mensen getraind, van raden van commissarissen tot planners en engineers. Als AI Training & Enablement Specialist leid jij die praktijk en zorg je dat wat mensen leren ook blijft hangen. Je bent trainer en praktijkleider, niet alleen iemand die workshops presenteert. Ongeveer de helft van je tijd sta je voor groepen: je ontwerpt en geeft trainingen, masterclasses en programma's. De andere helft bouw je aan de praktijk: het lesprogramma, de vormen, de trainers om je heen en het aanbod dat we verkopen.
