Met een sterke positie in verschillende Europese en internationale markten bevindt de organisatie zich in een ambitieuze groeifase. Vanuit het Benelux-hoofdkantoor in de regio Antwerpen ondersteunt een gedreven team van professionals een uitgebreid netwerk van klanten binnen schoonheidssalons, spa's en medische esthetische centra. Door verdere groei en interne ontwikkelingen kijken zij vandaag uit naar een Training Manager Benelux die een sleutelrol wil opnemen in het ontwikkelen van mensen, kennis en commerciële performance.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Training Manager Benelux ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en optimaliseren van de trainingsstrategie voor België, Nederland en Luxemburg. Je ondersteunt de commerciële groei van de organisatie door hoogwaardige trainingsprogramma's uit te bouwen voor zowel interne teams als professionele klanten. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en blijft actief betrokken bij belangrijke trainingen, evenementen en productlanceringen. Daarbij stuur je een team van trainers aan en werk je nauw samen met Sales, Marketing en het internationale hoofdkantoor. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Training Strategy & Learning Development

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van de trainingsstrategie voor de Benelux-markt.
  • Vertalen van internationale opleidingsvisies naar lokale behoeften.
  • Opstellen van jaarlijkse trainingsplannen en leertrajecten.
  • Identificeren van opleidingsnoden en ontwikkelingskansen.
  • Bouwen aan een sterke leercultuur die commerciële groei ondersteunt.

Training Operations

  • Leidinggeven aan en coachen van twee trainers binnen de Benelux.
  • Ontwikkelen, actualiseren en optimaliseren van trainingsmateriaal.
  • Organiseren van trainingen, workshops, productlanceringen en events.
  • Zelf geven van strategisch belangrijke opleidingen en presentaties.
  • Intensief samenwerken met commerciële en marketingteams om kennisoverdracht te maximaliseren.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Definiëren en opvolgen van relevante trainings-KPI's.
  • Meten van de effectiviteit en impact van opleidingsprogramma's.
  • Rapporteren over trainingsresultaten aan het management.
  • Continu verbeteren van methodologieën, processen en leerervaringen.

Stakeholder Management

  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor trainingsinitiatieven binnen de organisatie.
  • Samenwerken met Sales, Marketing en internationale collega's.
  • Onderhouden van sterke relaties met professionele klanten binnen de beautysector.
  • Ondersteunen van change management en nieuwe marktontwikkelingen.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring binnen de beauty-, cosmetica-, skincare- of esthetische sector.
  • Een eerste succesvolle ervaring als Training Manager, Senior Trainer, Learning & Development Manager of vergelijkbare functie.
  • Minimaal 8 jaar relevante professionele ervaring.
  • Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en implementeren van trainingsprogramma's.
  • People management ervaring of sterke coachende vaardigheden.
  • Sterke presentatie-, communicatie- en facilitatievaardigheden.
  • Analytische mindset met ervaring in het opvolgen van KPI's.
  • Een combinatie van strategisch inzicht en operationele daadkracht.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Bereidheid om regelmatig te reizen binnen de Benelux.
