Je werkt met mensen die te maken hebben met verslaving, psychiatrie, verlies van structuur, agressie of een lange geschiedenis met hulpverlening. Bijna iedereen is in gebruik, wat extra dynamiek, onvoorspelbaarheid en soms spanning met zich meebrengt. Soms loopt iemand dagelijks binnen in de dagopvang. Soms maakt iemand op indicatie gebruik van de nachtopvang. En een andere keer is iemand wel in traject, maar niet vanzelf zichtbaar op locatie. Werk om trots op te zijn Je begeleidt mensen richting perspectief. Dat kan gaan over praktische zaken zoals een ID-bewijs, inkomen, afspraken met de gemeente of contact met zorg. Maar ook over grotere vragen: waar kan iemand naartoe, welke vorm van wonen past, welke ondersteuning is nodig en wat is realistisch gezien iemands gedrag, draagkracht en situatie? Je stelt perspectiefplannen op, houdt regie op de voortgang en blijft zoeken naar de ingang die wél werkt. De titel zegt het al: je bouwt mee. Van de Straat is een locatie in ontwikkeling, waar veel samenkomt en waar ruimte is om trajectbegeleiding verder vorm te geven. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen je eigen caseload draait, maar ook meedenkt over hoe de begeleiding slimmer, steviger en beter georganiseerd kan worden. Hoe zorgen we dat groepsbegeleiders en trajectbegeleiders elkaar goed vinden? Welke signalen uit de groep moeten mee in het plan? Hoe houden we overzicht op mensen die niet altijd zichtbaar zijn?
