Wie zoeken we?

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en cursistgerichte trajectbegeleider NT2 met een hart voor mensen. Voor jou is elke cursist uniek: je biedt niet alleen begeleiding, maar denkt actief mee over hoe je iedereen de beste kansen kunt geven om succesvol Nederlands te leren.

Haal je energie uit persoonlijk contact, luister je graag naar de noden van cursisten en zoek je graag mee naar oplossingen? Dan voel je je ongetwijfeld thuis in deze rol!

Wat ga je doen? • Je volgt de voortgang op van cursisten met een specifieke leervraag en cursisten bij wie het traject moeilijk verloopt.

• Je stemt af met leerkrachten en andere betrokken partners om cursisten te ondersteunen en de begeleiding op elkaar af te stemmen.

• Je informeert en adviseert de cursisten over opleidingen, snellere of langzamere trajecten om Nederlands te leren en verwijst hen waar nodig gericht door.

• Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging zoals het aanvullen van het cursistenvolgsysteem.

Wie ben jij? • Je hebt minimaal een bachelordiploma en beschikt over een pedagogisch bekwaamheidsbewijs.

• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een NT2-omgeving of gelijkaardig.

• Je bent flexibel en hebt er geen moeite mee om in drukkere periodes wat meer te werken door flexuren in te zetten.

• Je durft initiatief te nemen en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het traject van de cursisten.

• Je bent communicatief sterk, stelt je empathisch op naar de cursisten en kan op een respectvolle manier moeilijke gesprekken voeren.

• Je kan werken onder druk: in sommige periodes staan de cursisten aan de deur aan te schuiven.

• Je bent een echte teamspeler: niet alleen de cursisten zijn van belang, ook overleg en communicatie met collega’s speelt een grote rol in jouw functie.

• Naast al dat communiceren, komt er ook een stevige brok administratie op je af. Ook dat schrikt jou helemaal niet af!

• Kennis van de regelgeving en het wettelijk kader is geen must, maar je moet wel bereid zijn om je hierin te verdiepen.
