De Kade vzw is een sterk expertisenetwerk van zorg- en onderwijspartners. Samen ondersteunen we kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen met autisme en/of met een sensoriële, gedrags- of emotionele beperking. We creëren kansen om te groeien, talenten te ontwikkelen en hun kwaliteit van leven te versterken.

Jij wordt trajectbegeleider zorg op campus Spermalie, Snaggaardstraat 9 te Brugge. Je stuurt samen met je collega’s enkele teams aan die werken met jongeren met autisme.

Binnen het begeleidingscentrum Spermalie zoeken we een trajectbegeleider zorg voor jongeren met autisme (12-21 jaar) en een (rand)normale begaafdheid.

Als trajectbegeleider zorg:

  • Ben je één van de leidinggevenden die de werking en het inhoudelijk beleid van de afdeling autisme mee vormgeeft.
  • Coach je medewerkers en teams in het begeleiden van jongeren met autisme en bijkomende problematieken.
  • Vertaal je jouw expertise naar ondersteuningstrajecten op maat van elke jongere.
  • Bouw je samen met collega’s aan deskundige teams die jongeren begeleiden vanuit een oplossingsgerichte mindset en de principes van nieuwe autoriteit en geweldloos verzet.
  • Ondersteun je in uitdagende situaties, bied je praktische tools en sta je voor nazorg voor medewerkers.
  • Werk je vorming en intervisie uit om de kennis en vaardigheden binnen teams te versterken.
  • Volg je de trajecten van jongeren op in nauwe samenwerking met hun netwerk, team, school en andere opvoedingspartners. Je weet hierin verschillende belangen met elkaar te verbinden.
  • Bied je psychosociale begeleiding via individuele gesprekken en help je jongeren vooruit in hun ontwikkeling.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een krachtige persoon die:

  • Beschikt over een master in Psychologie of Orthopedagogie.
  • Sterk is in het coachen, ondersteunen en aansturen van teams
  • Diepgaande expertise heeft rond autisme en bijkomende problematieken en hierin een pioniersrol wil spelen.
  • Veerkrachtig en daadkrachtig is om met uitdagende situaties om te gaan en helder prioriteiten weet te stellen.
  • Een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl heeft waarbij de persoonlijke groei van anderen gestimuleerd wordt.
  • Net als ons gelooft in vernieuwing, krachtgericht werken, vertrouwen, samenwerking en authentieke dialoog.
  • Leergierig is en zichzelf voortdurend blijft ontwikkelen door zelfreflectie en een open mindset.
  • Een langdurig engagement met ons wil aangaan om samen met de collega-stafleden te bouwen aan een kwaliteitsvolle werking voor jongeren met autisme.
