- Meld je aan als trajectmanager bij Over Rood Begeleid zzp'ers met schulden richting financiële zelfstandigheid, met geduld, structuur en lef. Wat ga je doen? Als trajectmanager bij Over Rood ondersteun je met name zzp'ers met financiële problemen. Je helpt hen bij het op orde brengen van hun administratie, het maken van keuzes in hun bedrijfsvoering en het vinden van hun eigen kracht. Jouw doel: cliënten zélf in beweging krijgen om stappen te zetten richting een financieel gezonde toekomst. Dit is vaak echt een uitdaging. Trajecten kunnen moeizaam verlopen, cliënten komen soms moeilijk in actie en niet elk traject eindigt met een oplossing. Toch is juist dat wat jouw rol zo waardevol maakt: jij helpt waar anderen afhaken. Je biedt structuur, stelt grenzen en blijft naast de cliënt staan, ook als het proces langzaam gaat. Je wordt opgeleid in de werkwijze van Over Rood en begeleid door een vestigingsmanager. Een belangrijk onderdeel van het werk is het nauwkeurig vastleggen van de voortgang in het cliëntvolgsysteem. Dit is essentieel voor de kwaliteit van onze hulp én de verantwoording richting onze partners, zoals gemeenten en subsidieverstrekkers. Gemiddeld begeleid je 5 tot 10 zzp'ers per jaar, met een tijdsbesteding van ongeveer 4 uur per week. Je ontvangt een onkostenvergoeding. Daarnaast: - heb je affiniteit met de zzp'er of goede kennis van het ondernemerschap - ben je financieel onderlegd, met kennis van administratie en belastingen - kun je goed luisteren en verbinden, zonder de regie te verliezen - ben je geduldig, stressbestendig en kun je omgaan met teleurstellingen - werk je gestructureerd en ben je bereid consequent te werken met het cliëntvolgsysteem - heb je minimaal mbo, bij voorkeur hbo werk- en denkniveau en een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal Over Rood logo Over Rood Over Rood is een landelijke vrijwilligersorganisatie, die al ruim 10 jaar ondernemers helpt om weer overzicht en inzicht in hun f...
