Ihre Aufgaben * Als Teil des Corporate Tax-Teams entwickeln Sie auf Gruppenebene die Verrechnungspreisstrategie weiter und sorgen für deren konsistente Umsetzung in der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe * Sie verantworten die Transferpreisrichtlinie sowie das Intercompany-Vertragswesen und erstellen das Master File und Country-by-Country Reporting für eine regelkonforme und sichere Dokumentation unserer Verrechnungspreise * Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für Transferpreisprojekte und definieren konkrete Verrechnungspreise für unterschiedliche Geschäftsmodelle und Transaktionen * Sie beraten und begleiten lokale Steuerverantwortliche bei Betriebsprüfungen und stehen als Sparingspartner für Fragestellungen rund um unsere Verrechnungspreise zur Verfügung * Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Controlling, den Finanzbereichen sowie internen und externen Partnern zusammen und entwickeln Prozesse, Methoden und Systeme für unsere Verrechnungspreise laufend weiter

Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften mit steuerrechtlichem Schwerpunkt * Relevante Berufserfahrung im Transfer Pricing in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen oder in der Beratung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der OECD-Verrechnungspreisleitlinien, der österreichischen Regelungen und internationaler Steuergrundsätze * Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe steuerliche Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und in konkrete Geschäftsmodelle und Verrechnungspreise zu übersetzen * Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches und rechtliches Verständnis sowie ein Gespür für unterschiedliche Geschäftsmodelle und Transaktionen * Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln und als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, Management und externen Partnern zu agieren * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
