Binnen de tribe Agility & Transformation sturen en begeleiden we de transformatie van Telenet naar een snellere en meer voorspelbare waardecreatie over de verschillende tribes heen en samen met partners.

Als onderdeel van deze tribe werkt het team Transformation Design & Activation nauw samen met business en leadership om vorm te geven aan hoe de organisatie werkt, evolueert en end-to-end waarde levert. Naast ontwerp activeert en verankert het team veranderingen via duidelijke kaders (guardrails), schaalbare selfservice-oplossingen en hands-on ondersteuning.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Transformation Expert

Als Transformation Expert speel je een sleutelrol in het realiseren van deze transformatie door de werkstroom te verbeteren en de organisatie in staat te stellen betere business- en klantresultaten te leveren – sneller en voorspelbaarder.

• Ontwerpen & verankeren van effectieve Ways of Working (Telenet Agile WoW)

Verbeteren en activeren van de dagelijkse mechanismen die teams in staat stellen werk vlot van idee tot impact te brengen over de volledige levenscyclus (design → delivery → operations → learning).

• Vormgeven van structurele randvoorwaarden voor waardecreatie

De organisatie helpen om bewust de omgeving te ontwerpen waarin werk plaatsvindt: hoe teams samenwerken (interfaces), hoe verantwoordelijkheden worden afgestemd, hoe beslissingen worden genomen, enz.

• Ontwerpen en orkestreren van verandertrajecten

Het definiëren en implementeren van de meest effectieve veranderstrategieën om adoptie en maturiteit te verzekeren; waar nodig het gelijktijdig coördineren van meerdere capabilityveranderingen (bv. governance, structuur, WoW).

…heeft een business- of transformatie achtergrond in een grote organisatie of ervaring als business consultant voor grote bedrijven

• Aantoonbare ervaring met transformatieprogramma’s gericht op het verbeteren van flow op enterprise-niveau

• Systeemgerichte kijk op het realiseren van business agility op schaal

• Ervaring in het werken met stakeholders op alle niveaus, van executive leadership tot flow-teams

• Sterk begrip van hoe software-engineeringpraktijken bijdragen aan flow (bv. CI/CD, testautomatisering)

• Proactieve mindset met een sterk gevoel van eigenaarschap en een hands-on aanpak

• Vloeiend in het Engels en Nederlands, Frans is een plus
