Het ondersteunen van de manager IT bij de uitvoering van de transitieopgave; naar medewerkers en MT. Het begeleiden van de afdeling in de adoptie van deze nieuwe werkwijze. Het leveren van inhoudelijke sparring, bijvoorbeeld bij rolverdeling (zoals het recent inzicht dat de rol'regievoerder' beter aansluit bij een 'aandachtsgebied'). Achtergrond opdracht De afdeling Informatievoorziening & Facilitair (I&F) bevindt zich in een grote transitie, er komt een nieuw primair processysteem, we faseren Citrix-desktop uit, voeren verdere automatisering door op het gebied van IAM met als einddoel een weerbare, wendbare regie-organisatie. Als transitie-professional zorg je voor de juiste tekst en uitleg bij de transitie-opgave, werk je samen met de manager IT om de afdeling succesvol over te brengennaar de beoogde regie-organisatie.
