Dienst Financiën & Dienst Operations UMC Utrecht kantelt per 1 januari 2027 naar een matrixorganisatie van Thema's, Centra en centraal georganiseerde Diensten. De functie Business Control verandert daarin mee. Wij zoeken een stevige, ervaren interim professional die deze verandering mee vormgeeft: een nieuwe afdeling Business Control opbouwt, een nieuwe groep senior businesscontrollers smeedt en het bedrijfsvoerende fundament onder de hele matrix legt. Een positie met echte ruimte om te bouwen. Wat ga je doen - Je maakt als kwartiermaker de nieuwe afdeling Business Control startklaar en bereidt een warme overdracht voor aan de vaste manager. - Je brengt, als primus inter pares, de toekomstige senior businesscontrollers van Operations en Financiën samen tot één groep met een gedeelde, herkenbare rolopvatting. - Je ontwerpt en implementeert het bedrijfsvoerende ecosysteem eromheen: heldere rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en samenwerkingsafspraken tussen Business Control, Capaciteitsmanagement en Tactische Planning. Wat je meebrengt - Ruime ervaring als leidinggevende of kwartiermaker van een Business Control-afdeling, in een ziekenhuis of UMC. - Het vermogen om, zonder formele hiërarchie, gezag te verwerven bij ervaren professionals. - Diepgaande kennis van Business Control, Financial Control en Planning & Control, met affiniteit voor Operations en Performance Management.
