Als transportverantwoordelijke combineer je administratieve taken met de dagelijkse opvolging van de laadactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat transporten correct worden ingepland, vrachten tijdig vertrekken en de samenwerking met de laders en dispatchers vlot verloopt.

- Je plant de dagelijkse transportactiviteiten en volgt deze administratief op.

- Je maakt vrachtbrieven en CMR-documenten op en bezorgt deze aan de laders.

- Je verwerkt e-mails en houdt transportgegevens nauwkeurig bij in Excel.

- Je hebt dagelijks contact met de dispatchers van de interne transportfirma.

- Je zorgt ervoor dat vrachten correct, veilig en op tijd geladen worden.

- Je ondersteunt de laders bij vragen en biedt praktische oplossingen.

- Je waakt over de veiligheid en kwaliteit tijdens het laadproces.

- Je volgt de voorraad op en denkt mee na over verbeteringen en optimalisaties.

Je beschikt minstens over een diploma secundair onderwijs (A2) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je kan vlot werken met de courante Microsoft Office-programma's, waaronder Excel.

Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands en hebt een praktische kennis van het Frans en Engels.

Ervaring met een rolbrug is een mooie troef, maar geen vereiste.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en organiseert je werk zelfstandig.

Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is.

Je neemt initiatief, denkt praktisch mee en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.

Je werkt graag samen met collega's en hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en een vlotte samenwerking.

Een rolbrugattest is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

- Opleidingsvereisten:

Je beschikt minstens over een diploma secundair onderwijs (A2) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

- Vakkennis:

Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, waaronder Excel.

Ervaring met transportadministratie is een plus.

Ervaring met een rolbrug is mooi meegenomen.

- Talenkennis:

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een praktische kennis Frans en Engels.
