Als transport coördinator bij DPD combineer je aansturen, plannen en verbeteren in een dynamische logistieke omgeving. Functieomschrijving Zoek jij een rol waarin je midden in de operatie staat, mensen aanstuurt én continu schakelt? Als transport coördinator bij DPD in Berkel en Rodenrijs ben jij dagelijks actief op de werkvloer tussen chauffeurs, planning en performance. Dit is geen kantoorbaan: je bent het grootste deel van je dag in de loods aanwezig, zeker in je eerste maanden. Daar leer je het proces van binnenuit kennen en maak jij direct impact op de operatie. Je werkt in een omgeving waar een echte 'niet lullen maar poetsen'-mentaliteit centraal staat. Wat ga je doen? Als transport coördinator start je de dag met het ontvangen en briefen van chauffeurs. In deze rol ben je het grootste deel van je tijd actief in de loods. Je leert het logistieke proces stap voor stap kennen en stuurt van daaruit chauffeurs en de operatie aan. Je schakelt continu tussen mensen, planning en kwaliteit en grijpt direct in als dat nodig is. - Je werkt nauw samen met de transport manager en draagt dagelijks bij aan een efficiënte en betrouwbare pakketbezorging. - Je houdt realtime overzicht op de operatie en stuurt direct bij bij vertragingen, afwijkingen en knelpunten. - Je ontvangt chauffeurs, verzorgt briefings en controleert uitstraling en uniformiteit. - Je spreekt chauffeurs actief aan op prestaties, gedrag en service en durft hierin duidelijk en direct te zijn. - Je vertaalt KPI's naar concrete acties op de werkvloer en stuurt dagelijks op verbetering. - Je stemt af met collega's van andere afdelingen en met vervoerders/leveranciers. - Je handelt klachten van klanten en leveranciers correct en tactvol af. - Je verzorgt de debrie...
