Voor een groeiende internationale leverancier in de energiesector in Eindhoven zijn wij op zoek naar een Transport Coördinator . Ons aanbod - Een brutosalaris van € 4.000 tot € 5.000 per maand, op basis van 40 uur per week; - 8,33% vakantiegeld bovenop je maandloon; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer; - Directe samenwerking met de directie en ruimte om zelf beslissingen te nemen; - Een fulltime contract met veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Wat ga je doen als Transport Coördinator - Organiseren en opvolgen van zeevrachtzendingen vanuit China, inclusief transport van de haven naar de magazijnen; - Coördineren van uitgaande transporten binnen Europa en naar Oekraïne, onder andere via internationale wegvervoerders; - Bewaken van douanedocumentatie zoals T1-transitdocumenten en uitvoeraangiften, en afstemmen met externe douaneagenten; - Aanvragen en vergelijken van transportoffertes en onderhandelen over tarieven om transportkosten te beheersen; - Verbeteren van de transportplanning, documentstromen en samenwerking met logistieke partners. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Transport Coördinator - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een achtergrond in logistiek, supply chain of internationale handel; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met internationale transportcoördinatie, expeditie of import/export; - Praktische kennis van douaneprocedures, incoterms en verzenddocumentatie; - Je werkt gestructureerd, bent kostenbewust en pakt problemen zelfstandig op; - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.
