The posting

Als transport coördinator ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt in het organiseren en coördineren van transportprocessen. Je werkt fulltime (40 uur per week) op doordeweekse dagen en krijgt de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de logistieke sector. De functie is structureel, met volop mogelijkheden om door te groeien en trainingen te volgen die je kennis van transport en supply chain verder vergroten. In deze rol zorg je dagelijks voor een vlekkeloze afhandeling van zendingen en werk je met de nieuwste systemen en technologieën.

Je start je werkdag met het controleren van de binnengekomen orders in het Transportation Management System (TMS). Vervolgens plan je transporten efficiënt in, kies je de juiste vervoerders en communiceer je actief met verladers, vervoerders en klantenservice. Het monitoren van zendingen, oplossen van fouten in verzendgegevens en het leiden van KPI-overleggen met vervoerders maken jouw dag afwisselend en uitdagend. Je signaleert kansen voor kostenbesparing en procesverbetering en draagt bij aan de implementatie hiervan. Ook verzorg je trainingen voor nieuwe klanten en leveranciers in het gebruik van het TMS.

- Minimaal afgeronde mbo-niveau-4-opleiding - Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal (minimaal niveau C1) - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring binnen transport, logistiek of warehousing - Woonachtig in Nederland en bereid om minimaal drie keer per week naar Leusden te reizen - Beschikbaar voor een fulltime dienstverband (5 dagen per week)
