Ben jij iemand die overzicht houdt, snel schakelt en energie krijgt van een dynamische omgeving? Dan is deze rol als Transportplanner jou op het lijf geschreven. In deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat de dagelijkse transportoperatie soepel verloopt. Jij bewaakt continu de planning, signaleert knelpunten en grijpt in waar nodig. Dankzij jouw scherpe blik en daadkracht blijft alles draaien. Je start je werkdag tussen 07:00 en 08:00 uur met het controleren van de actuele planning. Waar zitten risico’s? Wat vraagt direct aandacht? Jij hebt het snel in beeld en onderneemt actie. Dagelijks houd je zo’n 80 tot 100 ritten in de gaten. Je schakelt voortdurend tussen chauffeurs, collega’s en systemen. Je past routes aan, lost verstoringen op en zorgt ervoor dat leveringen volgens planning verlopen. Daarbij heb je regelmatig contact met customer service en soms ook direct met klanten. Wat wij zoeken - Bij voorkeur ervaring in de transport en logistiek - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het NL en EN - Stressbestendig, snel kunnen schakelen en probleemoplossend vermogen

Wat jij gaat doen - Controleren of chauffeurs op tijd vertrekken en leveringen volgens planning verlopen - Monitoren en bijsturen van ritten en routes, waarnodig herplannen van routes - Optimaliseren van inzet, wachttijden en operationele prestaties
