- Transport Coordinator Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), onderdeel van de SATS Group, is een toonaangevende speler in de internationale luchtvracht met meer dan 50.000 medewerkers wereldwijd. Op Schiphol spelen wij een belangrijke rol in de logistieke keten. In een dynamische 24/7-omgeving zorgen wij ervoor dat goederen veilig, snel en efficiënt hun bestemming bereiken. Om ons team te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een Transport Coordinator die verantwoordelijk is voor het plannen en coördineren van transportactiviteiten voor onze klanten. In deze functie coördineer je het wegtransport van import- en exportvracht en zorg je ervoor dat transportopdrachten correct en tijdig worden uitgevoerd. Je hebt dagelijks contact met transporteurs, loodsen en andere betrokken partijen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen beschikt over de juiste informatie. Daarnaast verwerk je inkomende transportopdrachten en offline handling orders en zorg je voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling. Je houdt overzicht over lopende transporten, signaleert eventuele afwijkingen en schakelt snel wanneer de planning verandert of zich operationele uitdagingen voordoen. Naast de dagelijkse transportplanning ondersteun je bij de administratieve en financiële afhandeling. Je bereidt rapportages voor ten behoeve van de maandelijkse facturatie en controleert inkomende facturen. Als Transport Coordinator weet je goed prioriteiten te stellen en behoud je ook op drukke momenten het overzicht. Je werkt zelfstandig, communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende partijen en denkt proactief mee over oplossingen.
