Jobomschrijving

WAT GA JE DOEN ALS TRANSPORT- & DISTRIBUTIECOÖRDINATOR? Je vormt de schakel tussen chauffeurs, transportplanning, dispatch en interne diensten. Je houdt het dagelijkse overzicht op de distributieactiviteiten en zorgt ervoor dat de site vlot en veilig draait.

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse transportactiviteiten, volgt de planning op en schakelt snel bij wanneer de operatie daarom vraagt.
  • Als eerste aanspreekpunt begeleid, coach en motiveer je chauffeurs. Je ondersteunt ook het onthaal en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Je volgt veiligheid, kwaliteit en operationele KPI’s op, analyseert afwijkingen en vertaalt die naar haalbare verbeteracties.
  • Je werkt mee aan optimalisatieprojecten rond processen, veiligheid, duurzaamheid en operationele efficiëntie, met aandacht voor ISO 14001 en ISO 45001.

WAT VERWACHTEN WE VAN JOU ALS TRANSPORT- & DISTRIBUTIECOÖRDINATOR? Je voelt je thuis in een operationele omgeving waar planning, mensen en dienstverlening samenkomen. Je communiceert vlot, behoudt het overzicht en pakt zaken graag praktisch aan.

  • Je beschikt over bachelor denkniveau of bouwde een gelijkwaardig niveau op door ervaring in transport, distributie of logistiek.
  • Een eerste coördinerende of leidinggevende ervaring is een mooie troef. Een coachende, samenwerkingsgerichte aanpak past goed bij deze functie.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans en werkt vlot met MS Office en digitale operationele systemen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en flexibel en krijgt energie van verbeteren, samenwerken en resultaten behalen.
