* Eigenverantwortliche Disposition nationaler und internationaler Straßentransporte

* Einkauf und Steuerung von Frachtkapazitäten

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kunden und Transportpartner

* Kalkulation, Angebotserstellung und Preisverhandlungen

* Laufende Sendungsüberwachung sowie proaktive Kommunikation

* Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und qualitativ hochwertigen Transportabwicklung

* Mitgestaltung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse

Dein Profil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der internationalen Spedition oder Transportlogistik

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerisches Denken

* Hohe Kund_innenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke

* Deutschkenntnisse entsprechen den Anforderungen der Tätigkeit

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen
