DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET: Als Transport Manager:in fungierst du als Kontaktperson für bereits bestehenden Kunden in deinem Zielgebiet. Außerdem wirst du dein eigenes Kundennetzwerk aufbauen und erweitern, indem du neue Kunden akquirierst und die Beziehungen zu unseren Partnern stärkst. Nach Beendigung deiner Ausbildungszeit bist du selbstständig für die Organisation und Betreuung von europaweiten Transporten innerhalb deines Gebietes verantwortlich. Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst:

* Selbstständige Planung und Disponierung des Landverkehrs (Rundkurs/Charter) * Einkauf und Verkauf von Frachtraum sowie vollständige Abwicklung von Organisation und Transportplanung * Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen Lösungen & Kundenprojekten rund um die Logistik

* Du bist eine offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit und besitzt Kommunikationsgeschick * Du bist engagiert, flexibel und erledigst deine Aufgaben selbstverantwortlich * Du arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen und multikulturellen Team

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN

* Du sprichst sehr gut Englisch und eine der folgenden Sprachen: Finnish/Swedish. Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil. * Du hast eine abgeschlossene Schul- oder Universitätsausbildung, bestenfalls im kaufmännischen/logistischen Bereich, oder 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung. * Idealerweise verfügst du über praktische Erfahrungen in der Transportbranche oder im Customer Service.

Unser Angebot Die Entlohnung für die angegebene Position liegt über dem Kollektivvertrag. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung € 2.100/2.300 brutto pro Monat. Das Jahresgehalt setzt sich aus dem Grundgehalt und einer leistungsbezogenen, variablen, monatlichen Prämie zusammen. Der Einstieg in das Prämiensystem ist nach der Einarbeitungszeit möglich.
