Zur Erweiterung der schlagkräftigen Teams in unseren modernen Großraumbüros (Standorte: Kundl, Salzburg, Seeboden,

St. Pölten, Brunn am Gebirge) suchen wir ab sofort: 1 Transport Manager_in mit Bosnisch-, Serbisch- oder Kroatisch-Kenntnissen Arbeitsort: 2345 Brunn a. Gebirge

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du organisierst und kontrollierst die täglichen Transporte auf deiner Route. Wenn es Schwierigkeiten gibt, findest du Lösungen dafür. Damit bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren internationalen Partnern und achtest eigenständig auf die Preis- und Ertragskontrolle deiner Transporte.

* Du kannst deine Stärken bei Ein- und Verkaufsverhandlungen mit bereits bestehenden Transportpartnern nützen und erweiterst unsere Kontakte durch die Akquise von neuen Partnern. Bei Geschäftsreisen durch ganz Europa festigst du diese Beziehungen.

* Bei all deinen Aufgaben steht dir dein Team zur Seite. Du hältst ständige Rücksprache mit deiner Abteilung und gemeinsam bewältigt ihr alle Aufgaben!

Dein Profil:

* Dein bisheriger Werdegang: Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse? Außerdem arbeitest du gerne am PC und hast Erfahrung mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen?

* Das zeichnet dich aus: Du bist kommunikativ, teamfähig und zuverlässig? Du behältst immer den Überblick und kannst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf bewahren?

* Schritt für Schritt zum Ziel: Du willst dich neuen Herausforderungen stellen und daran wachsen? Du bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und selbstständig zu arbeiten? Wir unterstützen dich bei jedem Schritt!

* Du verfügst über sicher Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch, Englisch, Bosnisch, Serbisch und Kroatisch

Vergütung:

* ohne Berufserfahrung: 2.450 € brutto / Monat; nach Einarbeitungszeit Gewinnbeteiligung. Das Durchschnittsgehalt nach einem Jahr als Transport Manager liegt zwischen € 48,200 und € 72,700 brutto.

* Mit Erfahrung: € 2.650 brutto / Monat; sofortige Gewinnbeteiligung. Das Durchschnittsgehalt als Transport Manager mit Abteilungsverantwortung liegt im Jahr 2023 zwischen € 68,400 und € 95,800 brutto.

* Vergütung des Mittagessens durch Essensgutscheine: € 8,- netto pro Arbeitstag.
