Zur Verstärkung unseres Dispositionsteams am Standort Kundl suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen 1 Transport Manager (m/w/d) - im Bereich Planen- oder Kühlverkehre für Eigenfuhrpark und/oder Charter Standort: Kundl Tirol

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Disposition und Steuerung unseres Eigenfuhrparks im nationalen und internationalen Einsatz

* Planung, Optimierung und Überwachung der täglichen Transporte unter wirtschaftlichen und qualitativen Gesichtspunkten

* Direkte Ansprechperson für Fahrer_innen, Kund_innen und Partner_innen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Lenk- und Ruhezeiten sowie aller gesetzlichen Bestimmungen

* Laufende Tourenoptimierung, Kostenkontrolle und Kapazitätsplanung

* Proaktive Problemlösung bei Abweichungen im Tagesgeschäft

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition/Logistik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

* Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Disposition, idealerweise mit Eigenfuhrpark

* Sehr gute geografische Kenntnisse, insbesondere Österreich, Deutschland, Italien und angrenzende Länder

* Hands-on-Mentalität, Durchsetzungsstärke und Organisationstalent

* Stressresistenz und Entscheidungsfreude im operativen Tagesgeschäft

* Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 Programmen sowie Dispositionssoftware

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
