Wat ga je precies doen Als transportplanner bij GLS in Vianen draag je bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse goederenstromen en transportoperaties. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin je snel moet schakelen tussen planning, communicatie met chauffeurs en het oplossen van operationele uitdagingen. Met jouw oog voor detail en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat klanten tevreden blijven en processen efficiënt verlopen. Wat je gaat doen: - Plannen: je stelt dagelijks een efficiënte transportplanning op voor distributie- en afhaalritten in district West. - Monitoren: je houdt de voortgang van ritten gedurende de dag in de gaten en grijpt in bij afwijkingen of vertragingen. - Communiceren: je onderhoudt intensief contact met chauffeurs, vervoerders, klanten en collega’s om een soepele samenwerking te garanderen. - Optimaliseren: je streeft naar een optimale routeplanning, rekening houdend met wet- en regelgeving zoals rij- en rusttijden. - Problemen oplossen: je reageert snel op onverwachte situaties en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen tijdig geïnformeerd zijn.

De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een tweeploegendienst (ochtenddienst tussen 05.00 uur en 14.00 uur en avonddienst tussen 11.00 uur en 20.00 uur). - Werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur in tweeploegendienst. - Opleidingsbudget voor persoonlijke en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling. - Telefoon en laptop van de zaak. - Collectieve pensioenregeling en reiskostenvergoeding. - Doorgroeimogelijkhe
