Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Transport Planner & Administratief Coördinator. In deze afwisselende functie combineert de kandidaat een sterk organisatorisch talent met een nauwkeurige administratieve aanpak, klantencontact, contact met chauffeurs en een hands-on mentaliteit.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Onze klant is een gevestigde speler binnen de transport- en logistieke sector, met een sterke reputatie op het vlak van dienstverlening, betrouwbaarheid en klantgerichtheid. Dankzij een vlakke structuur, korte communicatielijnen en een hecht team krijgen medewerkers de kans om een directe impact te maken op de dagelijkse werking van de organisatie.

Omschrijving

  • Inplannen en opvolgen van complexetransportopdrachten.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Ondersteunen van chauffeurs bij operationele vragen.
  • Correct verwerken van transportgegevens en boekingen in verschillende systemen.
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de dagelijkse facturatie.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van administratieve dossiers.
  • Waken over een vlotte informatiedoorstroming tussen klanten, chauffeurs en interne collega's.
  • Klanten bijstaan bij vragen.
  • Mee instaan voor voorraadbeheer van operationeel materiaal.
  • Bijdragen aan een nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving.
  • Actief ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werking van de transportafdeling.
  • Je beschikt over een eerste ervaring binnen transport, logistiek, planning of administratie.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je haalt energie uit het oplossen van complexe planningsvraagstukken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan jezelf goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent computervaardig en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Je combineert organisatorisch talent met een praktische ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je werkt graag samen in een team, maar kan ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
