We zoeken een gedreven Transport Planner die mee zorgt voor een vlotte logistieke flow binnen onze vestigingen.

Jules Frans is al meer dan 60 jaar een betrouwbare partner in de bouwsector. Met onze focus op ruwbouw, staal en prefab leveren we dagelijks producten én oplossingen aan aannemers, architecten en bouwheren. Onze transportafdeling speelt hierin een essentiële rol. Met een modern en goed uitgerust wagenpark zorgen we ervoor dat alle leveringen – van welfsels tot betonstaal – tijdig en correct op de werf aankomen. We werken met eigen chauffeurs én vaste externe partners en hanteren een flexibele, klantgerichte aanpak.

Jouw rol

Als Transport Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, opvolgen en optimaliseren van onze transportplanning. Je schakelt vlot tussen chauffeurs, productie, collega's en klanten. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak zorg je ervoor dat elke levering correct, veilig en tijdig gebeurt.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Opmaak van de dagelijkse transportplanning voor onze eigen chauffeurs
  • Afstemmen van laadmomenten met productie en magazijn
  • Contacten onderhouden met klanten voor leveringsafspraken
  • Opvolgen van ritten en bijsturen waar nodig bij vertragingen of wijzigingen
  • Coördineren van retourtransport en leeggoed
  • Beheer van transportdocumenten (CMR, leveringsbonnen, ...)
  • Inplannen van externe transporteurs indien nodig
  • Ondersteuning bij het logistiek administratief proces (wegenbonnen, meldingen, transportkosten opvolgen,...)

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring als planner of binnen een logistieke functie
  • Je bent stressbestendig, denkt vooruit en houdt het hoofd koel in drukke momenten
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van regio’s in België
  • Je kan vlot werken met digitale planningssystemen en ERP
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt
