Onze klant is een familiebedrijf met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in de bouwsector. Ze richten zich op professionals en bieden een breed scala aan oplossingen voor zowel renovatie- als nieuwbouwprojecten. Ze hebben hun eigen atelier voor staal en beton en doen ook hun eigen stabiliteitsstudies.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een natuurtalent in organiseren met een passie voor transport en planning? Wij zoeken een gedreven Transport Planner die samen met ons zorgt voor een vlotte logistieke doorstroming binnen onze vestigingen.

Als Transport Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, opvolgen en optimaliseren van onze transportactiviteiten. Je schakelt snel en efficiënt tussen chauffeurs, productie, collega’s en klanten. Dankzij jouw organisatorische skills en nauwkeurigheid zorg je ervoor dat iedere levering veilig, correct en tijdig plaatsvindt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Het opstellen van de dagelijkse transportplanning voor onze eigen chauffeurs
  • Het afstemmen van laadmomenten met productie en magazijn
  • Het onderhouden van contact met klanten voor leveringsafspraken
  • Het opvolgen van ritten en het bijsturen bij vertragingen of wijzigingen
  • Het coördineren van retourtransport en leeggoed
  • Het beheren van transportdocumenten (CMR, leveringsbonnen, etc.)
  • Het inplannen van externe transporteurs indien nodig
  • Het ondersteunen van het logistieke administratieve proces (wegenbonnen, meldingen, opvolgen van transportkosten, ...)
  • Je hebt ervaring als planner of in een logistieke rol
  • Je blijft kalm en gestructureerd, zelfs onder druk, en denkt proactief
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en klantgericht
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de verschillende regio's in België
  • Je hebt ervaring met digitale planningssystemen en ERP-software
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een mooie extra
