Dan ben jij misschien wel de Transport planner die we zoeken. Je komt terecht bij een bedrijf dat al sinds 1918 binnen hun eigen specialisatie. Als groeiend familiebedrijf in Wevelgem zetten we met 25 gedreven collega’s elke dag alles op alles om onze klanten een uitmuntende service te bieden.

Jobomschrijving

Als planner ben jij de spilfiguur tussen klanten, chauffeurs, leveranciers en de commerciële binnendienst. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, efficiënt en correct verloopt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je plant en coördineert de uitgaande transporten voor binnenlands en buitenlands transport
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs én klanten.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met logistieke partners en coördineert de inkomende goederenstroom.
  • Je volgt werkorders administratief op van bestelling tot levering, inclusief inkomende en uitgaande transporten, retours en voorraadbewegingen.
  • Je volgt transportstatistieken en KPI’s op en denkt actief mee over efficiëntere en kostenbesparende oplossingen.
  • Je denkt out-of-the-box en geeft input om bedrijfsprocessen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je ondersteunt de commerciële binnendienst en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Werken op zaterdagvoormiddag schrikt jou niet af.

Must haves

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office, vooral Excel.
  • Plannen zit in je bloed en cijfers schrikken je niet af.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en behoudt overzicht, ook op drukke momenten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, servicegericht en met oog voor detail.
  • Je bent een echte problem solver en denkt proactief mee.

Nice to haves

  • Kennis van Spaans en/of Italiaans.
  • Ervaring in transport, logistiek of een commerciële binnendienst.
