Als planner volle ladingen bouw je elke dag aan een efficiënte en duidelijke planning voor chauffeurs en klanten. Je werkt in nauw teamverband en houdt de volledige transportstroom in beweging.

Chauffeurs efficiënt en doordacht inzetten

Verbindende communicatie voeren tussen chauffeurs, dispatch en andere operationele collega's

  • Meedenken over verbeteringen, efficiëntie en klantenservice

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt dat structuur, rust en professionaliteit brengt in het operationele proces. Je komt terecht in een stabiele organisatie met een warme, familiale sfeer. Je werkt samen met ervaren planners die graag hun kennis delen en elkaar ondersteunen. Professionaliteit, respect en open communicatie staan centraal. Hier ben je geen nummer — je maakt écht deel uit van het team.

We zoeken iemand die organisatorisch sterk is, graag in team werkt en verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen. Jij beschikt over:

  • Een diploma graduaat Transport & Logistiek of gelijkwaardige ervaring

Relevante ervaring in transportplanning is een sterke troef

Bereidheid om opleidingen te volgen en je vakkennis up-to-date te houden

  • Een vlotte beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en Engels

Daarnaast ben jij iemand die:

proactief en klantgericht handelt

  • sterk is met MS Office en digitale tools

nauwkeurig, discreet en efficiënt werkt

  • autonoom beslissingen kan nemen
  • analytisch en resultaatgericht denkt
  • oog heeft voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
