- Transport Supervisor Over WFS Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), onderdeel van de SATS Group, is een toonaangevende speler binnen de internationale luchtvracht. Op Schiphol verzorgen wij dagelijks de afhandeling van vracht voor internationale luchtvaartmaatschappijen. Binnen onze dynamische 24/7-operatie staan veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal. Voor onze transportoperatie op Schiphol zijn wij op zoek naar een Supervisor Transport die leidinggeeft aan de medewerkers binnen Transport en ervoor zorgt dat vracht en materialen veilig, tijdig en efficiënt tussen onze verschillende locaties en van en naar de vliegtuigen worden vervoerd. Wat ga je doen? Als SupervisorTransport ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele aansturing van het transportteam tijdens jouw dienst. Je houdt overzicht over de transportbewegingen, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat transportopdrachten volgens planning en de geldende procedures worden uitgevoerd. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig in de operatie en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers binnen jouw team. Wanneer er vertragingen, wijzigingen of andere operationele knelpunten ontstaan, schakel jij snel en stuur je bij waar nodig. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met andere operationele afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de vrachtstromen blijven doorlopen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van de medewerkers binnen Transport; - Coördineren van transportbewegingen tussen onze verschillende locaties en van en naar de vliegtuigen; - Verdelen van werkzaamheden en bewaken van de voortgang tijdens de dienst; - Zorgen voor een optimale inzet van medewerkers en beschikbaar materieel; - Bewaken van een tijdige en correcte uitvoering van transportopdrachten en rijlijsten; - Toezien op de correcte afhandeling van de bijbehorende documentenstroom; - Snel schakelen en bijsturen bij vertragingen, wijzigingen of andere verstor...
