Ben jij een organisatorisch talent dat graag de brug slaat tussen kantoor en de werkvloer? Voor een bekende, stabiele en groeiende speler in de bouwsector zijn wij op zoek naar een logistiek coordinator. In deze tweeledige en dynamische spilfunctie combineer je een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging met het aansturen van de laders op de vloer. Het is de ideale uitdaging voor wie houdt van afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en een directe, energieke werksfeer waar men samen aan hetzelfde zeel trekt.

  • Je bent minimaal in het bezit van een A2-diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je werkt vlot met de meest courante computerprogramma's (zoals MS Office en Excel).
  • Je kan je goed uit de slag trekken in het Frans en het Engels.
  • Je bent hands-on, dynamisch en georganiseerd ingesteld.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen en blijft rustig onder druk.
  • Ervaring met een rolbrug is een mooi pluspunt, maar absoluut geen vereiste.
  • Administratieve organisatie: Je plant de transportactiviteiten en staat in voor het opmaken van vrachtbrieven en CMR's voor de laders. Daarnaast beheer je het e-mailverkeer en houd je nauwkeurig Excel-overzichten bij.
  • Communicatie: Je onderhoudt dagelijks een nauw contact met de interne dispatchers van de transportdienst om alles vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Aansturing op de vloer: Je stelt de laders aan, ondersteunt hen bij vragen en ziet erop toe dat vrachten correct en tijdig geladen worden.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid: Je bewaakt de veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen op de werkvloer.
  • Voorraadbeheer: Je houdt de stock actief in de gaten en zoekt continu naar optimalisaties waar nodig.
