Als Transportverantwoordelijke ben jij een onmisbare schakel tussen transport, productie en logistiek. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent verlopen transporten vlot, worden vrachten correct geladen en blijft de administratie perfect op orde.

Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een hands-on mentaliteit. De ene keer stel je transportdocumenten op of stem je af met de dispatching, de andere keer sta je op de laadzone om ervoor te zorgen dat alles veilig en efficiënt verloopt.

Een gevarieerde functie waarin geen enkele werkdag dezelfde is.

Als Transportverantwoordelijke zorg je ervoor dat de volledige transportflow vlot verloopt.

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse transportplanning
  • Opmaken van vrachtbrieven, CMR-documenten en andere transportdocumentatie
  • Verwerken van administratieve gegevens en bijhouden van verschillende lijsten
  • Contact onderhouden met de interne dispatching en andere betrokken diensten
  • Toezien op een correcte en tijdige belading van de vrachtwagens
  • Ondersteunen van de laders en beantwoorden van praktische vragen
  • Meehelpen bij het laden met een rolbrug of heftruck wanneer de planning dit vereist
  • Opvolgen en optimaliseren van de voorraad
  • Waken over veiligheid, kwaliteit en een efficiënte werking op de laadzone
  • Diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen transport, logistiek of productie is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring met een rolbrug of heftruck is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste
  • Vlot met de courante computerprogramma's
  • Basiskennis Frans en Engels om professioneel te communiceren
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig
  • Hands-on ingesteld en niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken
  • Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
  • Zelfstandig, flexibel en verantwoordelijk
