Transportcoördinator | Oldenzaal| tot € 3.600,- - Oldenzaal - 3.000 tot 3.600 per maand - 36 tot 40 uur per week Neem contact op met Lieve Ezendam. - 0546-491616 - 06-46372625 - [email protected] Als transportcoördinator in Oldenzaal regel jij dat internationale zendingen van begin tot eind goed zijn georganiseerd. Van transportoffertes en douanedocumenten tot contact met vervoerders: jij houdt overzicht en zorgt dat alle informatie klopt. Een zelfstandige logistieke functie waarin zeevracht, luchtvracht en wegtransport samenkomen. Wat ga je doen? Geen zending is hetzelfde. De ene keer organiseer je een transport over de weg, de andere keer gaat een lading per vliegtuig of schip naar het buitenland. Jij coördineert deze transporten en zorgt dat alles rondom de verzending goed is voorbereid. Je werkt binnen het Supply Chain Team en hebt dagelijks contact met collega's en externe transportpartners. Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt mogelijkheden en maakt afspraken over de uitvoering. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar kosten, maar ook naar levertijden, beschikbaarheid en de beste manier van vervoeren. Dit ga je onder andere doen: - Je organiseert internationale zendingen via wegtransport, luchtvracht en zeevracht; - Je maakt import- en exportdocumenten compleet en controleert deze; - Je vraagt transportoffertes op, beoordeelt ze en bevestigt gemaakte afspraken; - Je verwerkt kosten, data, gewichten en andere transportinformatie in de bedrijfssoftware; - Je onderhoudt contact met transporteurs en houdt ontwikkelingen en nieuwe aanbieders in de gaten. Bij internationale logistiek hoort ook de nodige administratie. Je werkt daarom nauwkeurig en kent de regels rondom douane en transportdocumentatie.
