Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, vervoerders en interne teams en zorgt ervoor dat transportopdrachten efficiënt en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. Je bewaakt de voortgang van zendingen, analyseert prestaties en signaleert mogelijkheden om processen, samenwerking en kosten verder te verbeteren. Daarnaast onderhoud je actief contact met transportpartners en klanten om eventuele uitdagingen snel op te lossen en de dienstverlening continu te optimaliseren. Dankzij jouw analytische blik, communicatieve vaardigheden en proactieve aanpak draag je bij aan een soepel en efficiënt transportproces.
