Wat ga je doen?Als Transportcoördinator Nachtdienst zorg je ervoor dat alle laad- en transportwerkzaamheden volgens planning verlopen. Je bewaakt het overzicht op de werkvloer en grijpt in wanneer processen dreigen te vertragen. Hierdoor kunnen chauffeurs op tijd vertrekken en ontvangen klanten hun goederen volgens afspraak. Tijdens een dienst heb je regelmatig te maken met wijzigingen in de planning, afwijkingen in zendingen of onverwachte drukte. Jij schakelt snel en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel blijft verlopen. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met chauffeurs, planners en magazijnmedewerkers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Coördineren van laad- en losprocessen • Controleren van zendingen en transportdocumenten • Aansturen van collega's op de werkvloer • Bewaken van veiligheid en kwaliteit • Signaleren en oplossen van logistieke knelpuntenJe komt terecht in een betrokken team waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen en samenwerken aan een efficiënt logistiek proces.

Functie-eisen: Wat moet je kunnen?Voor deze functie is ervaring binnen de logistiek belangrijk. Je weet hoe transportprocessen werken en kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast vragen wij:

• MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring binnen de logistiek • Rijbewijs C en E • Ervaring met WMS- of ERP-systemen • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal voor veiligheidsinstructies en communicatieDaarnaast ben je bereid om in nachtdiensten te werken en kun je goed functioneren in een dynamische omgeving.
